Partner Agreement<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n

Leader Leads LTD | Reditus Affiliate Program<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Version 1.0 | July 2025<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This Partner Agreement (the \u201cAgreement\u201d) is entered into between:

Leader Leads LTD, a company registered in Israel under registration no. 516884525, with its principal office located at 112 Rokah St, Ramat Gan, Israel (hereinafter referred to as \u201cSaaS Business\u201d or \u201cLEADer\u201d)

and

The Partner, a legal entity or natural person (hereinafter referred to as the \u201cPartner\u201d), who has signed up via www.getreditus.com to participate in the LEADer Affiliate Program.

Together referred to as the \u201cParties\u201d or individually as a \u201cParty\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Purpose<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

This Agreement defines the terms under which the Partner may promote LEADer CRM through referral services and earn commission based on paying customers referred by the Partner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Referral Services<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Partner agrees to actively promote and refer potential clients to LEADer through:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Referral links generated via Reditus<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Content marketing, social media, newsletters, websites, or other permitted promotional methods<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    The Partner may not:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \n
    • Misrepresent LEADer<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Use spam or misleading tactics<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Engage in self-referrals or fraud<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Engage in brand bidding or paid ads targeting \u201cLeader\u201d, \u201cLeader CRM\u201d, \u201cLeader.net\u201d, or any close variations, misspellings, or derivatives of the brand name on Google Ads, Bing Ads, or other search platforms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Paid Ads Clarification<\/strong>
      Affiliates are encouraged and allowed to run paid ads on other platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Taboola, etc.) using their own creatives, provided that such ads do not directly use the LEADer brand name.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination from the affiliate program and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      3. Commission & Payment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      Details of the commission, payment terms, and eligibility are provided in Annex 1, which is an integral part of this Agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      4. Term and Termination<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      This Agreement becomes effective upon enrollment and remains valid until terminated by either Party.
      Either Party may terminate this Agreement at any time with written notice.
      Upon termination, the Partner will cease promotional activities and lose future eligibility for new commissions. Existing recurring commissions will be paid for eligible referrals for up to 12 months post-referral (as defined in Annex 1).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      5. Intellectual Property<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      The Partner may use LEADer\u2019s name, logo, and materials solely for the purpose of promotion.
      No ownership rights are transferred through this Agreement.
      The Partner may not modify, misrepresent, or misuse any branded assets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      6. Confidentiality<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      All data, analytics, and non-public information provided to the Partner are confidential.
      The Partner agrees not to disclose such information to any third party unless required by law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      7. Liability & Indemnification<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      LEADer shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the Partner\u2019s promotional activities.
      The Partner agrees to indemnify and hold harmless LEADer from any claims, damages, or losses arising from a breach of this Agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      8. Governing Law<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
      Any disputes arising will be settled in the competent courts located in Tel Aviv, Israel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      9. Acceptance<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      By joining the affiliate program via Reditus and accepting the Terms of Service, the Partner agrees to be bound by this Partner Agreement and the associated Annex 1 \u2013 Referral Services and Variable Term Sheet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Annex 1 \u2013 Referral Services and Variable Term Sheet<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      \u2022 Commission: 30% recurring commission on paying customers
      \u2022 Duration: 12 months from initial subscription payment
      \u2022 Qualified Referrals: Only paying customers who were not previously registered
      \u2022 Payouts: Managed manually by LEADer under the Startup plan tier
      \u2022 Company Description: LEADer is an intuitive CRM system designed for small businesses, consultants, and professionals. It automates communication, tracks leads, and helps close deals faster while giving full control to the user from both web and mobile.
